We are a cross-industry recruitment and placement company connecting businesses with qualified specialists and managers. Our focus is on personal advice, international recruitment of skilled workers and the sustainable placement of suitable employees.

The story
From Practical Experience to Cross-Industry Recruitment
What started with solving driver shortages in the transport sector grew into a broader mission: addressing the critical shortage of skilled workers across key German industries.
Whether IT specialists, certified healthcare workers, skilled craftsmen, or transport professionals – the underlying challenge is the same: finding qualified talents abroad, verifying their real-world skills, and guiding them smoothly through visa and integration processes.

Our mission
Long-term integration instead of quick placement
A hire is only successful if the professional is still with the company two years later. That is why we measure ourselves by retention, not by the number of placements.
In practice this means: we prepare candidates in terms of language and expertise, we guide them through the visa procedure and recognition, and we help with housing, official appointments and family reunification.
